MAD Fitness keeps class sizes limited to 4-10 people so everyone can get individual attention from the instructor during class.  Classes occur Monday through Saturday. 
 
Class attendees must sign up ahead of time to secure their spot in class

YOGA
Saturdays @ NOON

 

Relax in our newest class taught by Matsimela Ajani.  Bodhisattva Yoga is a form of Hatha yoga that uses asana (poses) pranayama (study of breath) and several other elements that will lead to a more focused and stress free lifestyle. The benefits from this restorative practice are increased body awareness, flexibility, mental clarity, and stress reduction.

 

SUNRISE CIRCUIT
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays @ 6:00am

 

High Intensity Interval Training; the best method to increase cardiovascular fitness & endurance and raise your metabolism so you will continue to burn fat hours after your workout is over. You will get a metabolic burn with a difference because we will do functional exercise.We will pick things up, drop them, pull them and push them, even bounce them sometimes.  We will monitor your movements so you work out injury free while you build strength and burn calories. 

 

CARDIO & STRENGTH CIRCUIT
Tues/Thurs/Friday @ 9:45am & Weds @ 7:00am

 

Drop the kids at school and swing by to start your day right.

Choreography phobic? Hate to see yourself in the mirror? No problem! This is circuit training so you'll rotate from station to station where you'll use kettlebells, sandbells, medicine balls, TRX core trainers and cables to work toward your own personal best.

Workouts change daily. Each workout is optimized to build strength, bone mass, flexibility and cardio endurance.

SATURDAY SWEATS
Saturdays @ 9:00 & 10:00am

 

Circuit style HIIT Saturday & Sunday Sweats gets you moving through your weekend.  You'll learn how to work out with a variety of fitness toys including but not limited to; kettlebells, sandbells, medicine balls, TRX core trainers and battling ropes! Every rep matters and no two classes are ever the same! 

 

MAD STRENGTH
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6:00am & 6:30pm 

A progressive full body strength training class. Every week you'll improve and learn new exercises. We'll be working with kettlebells, sandbells, medicine balls, TRX core trainers and battling ropes! You'll learn how to do a strength training program on your own. 

 

 

WORKOUT 101
Next six-week session TBA Cost: $150. Enrollment is limited to 6 people!

Want to work out with us but our classes seem too daunting? No problem! You can ease into exercise with our Workout 101 class. Sue specializes in working with people who have joint problems, sore backs and other injuries so she'll monitor to keep you injury free while you build strength and burn calories. Workouts will be tailored to be challenging and SAFE.
