MEET OUR TEAM
THE OWNERS
We are a Mother and Daughter (MAD) personal training team. We live by a mantra of having fun while being fit, which is truly life enhancing. At MAD Fitness, we encourage you to embrace a new outlook on life through fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
We consider ourselves fortunate to have the opportunity to work together in such an exciting field. Prior to opening MAD Fitness in July 2014 we were both personal trainers at Washington Sports Clubs in Silver Spring.

Sue takes every opportunity to learn about the science behind human movement and how it shapes our physicality, emotions and well being. She loves to attend Perform Better Functional Training Summits and has earned numerous specialty certificates which include working with people with cancer, training youth and seniors, stretching, pre-and postnatal training, and Functional Movement Systems screening.
