Neck & Shoulder Myofascial Release Workshop

This class will be geared towards people who are experiencing upper body pain, including, but not limited to, the neck and shoulders.
Myofascial release is a gentle form of stretching and manual therapy that can have profound widespread effects on the connective tissue, allowing for decreased pain, increased range-of- motion, and improvement in overall physical and mental function.
Learn how to use these extremely effective and therapeutic stretching techniques in a workshop at MAD fitness led by an advanced level John F Barnes Myofascial Release, Occupational Therapist, and owner of Blue Nyle Therapy Services, Nyle MacFarlane. In her workshop, you will learn to manage your pain symptoms and to increase your flexibility.

Hip Rolling Workshop
