PERSONAL TRAINING  Sign up for your FRESH START session here!

Work one on one with your trainer to make you healthier, happier, and stronger. You’ll begin with a starting point session for free. During your starting point session we will discuss your goals, your personal history and what you want. The MAD trainers will work with you to make an individualized plan and training program that will help you conquer your goals.

 

ONE ON ONE TRAINING - 50 MINUTE SESSIONS

1 Session ........................................  $95

5 Sessions .......................................  $425

10 Sessions .....................................  $800

20 Sessions .....................................  $1,500

PARTNER TRAINING

Have more fun with your workout! Sharing a workout with a friend, spouse or family member is a great way to stay motivated. You and your partner will get individual attention from a trainer while training together. Partners do not have to be on the same fitness level to train together.

 

TRAIN WITH A FRIEND - 50 MINUTE SESSIONS

5 Sessions .................................... $240

10 Sessions ...................................$440

GROUP TRAINING

In shape? Out of shape? It doesn't matter! Semi-private training is a great way to get personalized attention from a trainer while working in a small group (3-5) of your peers. This a great alternative and more affordable option for personal training. Sign up with or without a group!
